At The Art of Automotives, we value customer satisfaction and strive to ensure a smooth experience from order to delivery. This refund and returns policy outlines your rights and our procedures if you need to return a product purchased from our store.
We want you to be thrilled with your artwork. If your piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@theartofauto.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We may request that you return the item; if the damage is confirmed, we will repair or replace it free of charge or issue a full refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. We do not offer refunds or replacements after 14 days from delivery or for issues caused by misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.
Returns Process
- Contact us at contact@theartofauto.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
- If a return is required, package it securely using the original packaging and ship to: Rabat – Morocco.
- Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Custom commissions approved by you before production
- Items not in original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error
Refunds
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
